I was born in Boston, and grew up on both southern US coasts, in Venice, California and Brevard County, Florida. I started playing guitar as a busker, on Venice Beach and Hollywood Boulevard in the 1980's, then in Tennessee, Las Vegas, Southern Utah and back to Florida again.
